TO REGISTER AS A PARISHIONER:
Please click on the new parishioner form (below in red) to open the PDF file.   Complete the form and return it by mail or in person to the church office. NOTE:  This form is interactive.  You can open it, then save it to your computer, then type into each information field.   Just put your mouse arrow over any field and enter data at that location. You can then print or email the form after it is completed and saved on your computer.
