During Mecredi Soir au St. Martin de Tours, we will be exposing Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament for Adoration and Benediction. All are welcomed to adore the Lord. Here is the schedule:
- 5:50PM Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, insensation, and chanting of O Salutaris Hostia.
- 6:00PM Chanting of Solemn Vespers
- 6:15PM Those in classes or small groups depart, and there is silence in the Church (except for the welcomed noises of children).
- 7:15PM All return from their classes or small groups.
- 7:20PM Benediction
- 7:30 PM Dismissal

This time is meant to be "family friendly", meaning we are all doing the best we can to love the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, showing Him the reverence due to Him, but children are MOST welcomed even if they are still learning to keep still and quiet in the presence of Christ in the Eucharist. If you have been thinking, "It would be great for our whole family to go to adoration together," then this night is for you!
If you are coming without children, we are so glad you are! Please be patient and welcoming to families with small children.
