All are invited to our Parish's Lenten Mission preached by Fr. Jambon. Please join us Monday through Thursday evenings. Holy Mass will be offered in the Traditional Form each evening at 6pm followed by Fr. Jambon's mission talk, and the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Penance.
Fr. Jeffery Jambon was born in 1971 in New Orleans. After graduating Archbishop Shaw High School in 1989, he joined the Legionaries of Christ in Cheshire, Connecticut. He was ordained to the Sacred Priesthood on December 22, 2001 at the Basilica of St. Mary Major in Rome.
Fr. Jambon studied and served around the world - in Dublin, Ireland; Alamanca, Spain; Gdansk, Poland; Germany; Santiago, Chile; Sacramento California; Edgerton, Wisconsin; and Quintana Roo, Mexico until 2010.
When Pope Benedict XVI asked that the Order be refounded, be decided to discern an exclaustration period. Since then, he has been transitioning into the religious community of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter.
In 2012, he became the full time Chaplain of the Benedictines of Mary in Gower, Missouri in the Diocese of Kansas City/St. Joseph. In June 2013, while remaining full time Chaplain, he was appointed Pastor of St. Patrick Church in St. Joseph, Missouri, where he served for two years.
In 2022, Fr. Jambon published a bok entitled Ignatial Meditations: A Perspective from Tradition. He continues to serve as the Chaplain of the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles in Gower, MO.
